Our Mission

The Nationwide CDA Training mission is to train individuals throughout the United Stated in the foundation of early childhood education and care concepts. focusing on the standards set by our partnership with the Child Development Associates (CDA) Council for Professional Recognition.

Together, Nationwide CDA Training and the Council for Professional Recognition CDA, we hope to shape the future of early education and care by preparing our students for employment in the field of child care and preschool settings.  Our educational program is designed to help establish professional standards in the classroom with the children, families, and the community we serve. 

We have developed a curriculum that highlights the important position early educators play in a child's life.  We have created a training program that educates future educators on the importance of the first years of life by creating a learning and care environment that addresses the needs of every child, physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially.

Our educational program also highlights the theoretical perspective of family and community relationships.  We hone in on the need for communication and compassion with our children's parents, families, and caretakers.  In addition to the family, we address the need to support the surrounding community in which our schools are immersed in.
